Providing a safe and healthy work environment for all employees at Western Construction, Inc. is the number one priority of our company. With a full-time, on-site Safety Director, every staff member is trained with the message that regardless of their position, construction safety must be their first responsibility and they must follow certain safety procedures. In an industry where construction safety is stressed by all employers, our employees at Western Construction, Inc. continually strive to go beyond industry standards. Safety procedures are a frequent and ongoing topic amongst our employees, and each are provided the necessary equipment to facilitate a safe work place. All accidents can be prevented and we strive to ensure that remains true on any Western Construction, Inc. job site.
It is the job of every Western Construction staff member to ensure they are doing their part to prevent any and all accidents from occurring on a daily basis.
Safety procedures ensure that everyone working on the job site not only stay safe, but also that the job gets completed in a timely manner for you as a client. We want to ensure that your experience with Western Construction, Inc. is a good one, and not one tainted with poor construction safety concerns. Hard hats are enforced, as are things such as proper attire, proper work boots, and safety goggles, all to ensure that the crew remains safe and you don’t have any problems on your property. All members of our staff go through an initial safety procedures training to ensure they know Western Construction, Inc.’s standards, and staff are regularly reminded of the proper construction safety procedures throughout their time with our company to ensure everyone is following the proper rules. Even visitors to the site are required to follow the proper safety procedures to ensure their safety, including wearing hard hats and closed toe shoes.
